Instructions for Presenters

General Information

• Abstracts will only be accepted through the website. Please use the abstract submission system on the website.
• Since the abstracts will be printed as submitted by the authors, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling mistakes.
• All papers are evaluated by a double blind reviewing process.
• Abstracts, presentations and posters will be prepared in English.
• The abstracts presented will be available in the Congress Book, which will be published in "PDF" format on the website of the congress after the congress.

Oral Presentations

Presentations should be prepared with MS PowerPoint programme and delivered by the presenter to the staff in the meeting hall during the congress. 

Poster Papers

Posters should be printed with a width of 70 cm and a height of 100 cm. It is recommended to arrange the posters so that they can be read from a distance of at least 1 metre. The posters will be exhibited in the foyer boards and they should be placed on the boards in the morning and the participant who will present the paper at the time specified in the scientific programme should make their presentations at the beginning of their posters. Poster holders will be assisted in placing the poster on the boards.
