Registration and Participation Fees

• Participants with papers can complete their registration through the registration system after submitting their work through the paper submission system.
• Participants of the congress all participants participation fee must be paid.
• Only those who have paid the registration fee, registered and made their presentations will be given a certificate of participation.
• Participants who are other authors will be issued a certificate if they pay the registration fee through the registration system.
• You can benefit from the congress facilities by participating in our congress as a listener.
• Participants without a paper can complete their registration via the registration system.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Fees are INCLUDING VAT.
• In credit card and instalment payment options, the price varies according to the commission applied by the bank.
• 80 percent of the payment for cancellations made until 01 May 2024, no refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Registration Secretariat.
• Refunds will be made after the congress.
