"Plasma Process in Nanotechnology And Polymers"
My fields are research and teaching in basic plasma physics, plasma processing, plasma aided manufacturing, plasma polymerisation, implantation, deposition, etching, doping, RF and DC plasmas, plasma sources (military or space), plasma diagnostic techniques (invasive, non-invasive), computerized control (AD/DA computer boards, GPIB boards programming), non-uniform plasmas, plasma applications in biotechnology, nanotechnology and nano-composite, sterilisation, decontamination, sensors, nanomotors, design and preparation of nanomotors, nanomotor sensors for breast cancer diagnosis. During my Phd at University of Wisconsin Madison, I studied onto sheath and presheath characteristics of DC plasmas and probes. I made plasma potential and velocity measurements over the bulk plasma presheath, transition region and sheath near the axis of negatively biased plate in a uniform, weakly collisional, multi-dipole plasma in order to understand the ion behaviour and plasma wall interactions which is very important in fusion and industrial plasmas. After Phd, I started to use my plasma background in different application fields. These fields are sterilisation, polymerisation, surface modification of textile, glass, flexible materials. We showed the advantageous of plasma process with different applications. I completed projects onto smart glass and electrochromic materials.
